Research Interests:
Crystal Growth (MBE and MOCVD) and characterization of novel materials for optoelectronic applications. Growth and characterization of III-V-Nitrides quantum wells and quantum dots for VCSELs and mid-infrared emitters and detectors. Mass spectrometry analysis of nitrogen-containing materials.
