Welcome to Convenient Scheduling! To use this scheduling software, you need both a user account, and a password. To obtain your password and user account you must be qualified on the piece of equipment you want to schedule for use. New users must undergo qualification training. If you are already a regular user of this equipment, you may demonstrate your qualification status by taking the qualification quiz. Your password and account will be issued only on successful completion of the training or quiz. Please note: You can only schedule time for equipment on which you are qualified. You can only schedule one week ahead. You can only schedule a 4 hour block of time on any particular piece of equipment.
