CHTM Research published in Nano Letters Journal

Dr. Busani at CHTM, in collaboration with Zyvex Labs and Technische Universität Ilmenau, has demonstrated state of the art atomically precise patterning and imaging using GaN nanowires. GaN NW probes can enable very high-resolution nanopatterning and imaging with high-performance stability, while offering a great potential for a cost-effective fabrication process in the future compared to the conventional tips materials.

The results of this research has just been published in Nano Letters Journal.
